Mr. Mahidashti is a Serial Entrepreneur who has successfully founded several businesses and made them into multi-million dollars companies. Currently he is the Managing Principal and CEO of Dynamix International Group (DIG), an affiliate of DBI. DIG is a global organization and diversified in a broad range of industries such as healthcare, software, construction, and food. With over three decades of experience, Mr Mahidashti, has deep knowledge and experience of business development, leadership, commercialization, finance, market development, operational analysis, and quality systems. He has created and led specialized teams and plans for each of subsidiary companies of DIG, to be able to succeed and further promote growth, market penetration, and sustainability. He has built operational strategies that have been implemented by hand-picked teams with the aim of establishing critical measurements; productivity, quality, and customer-service. Mr Mahidashti offers leadership and direction to all business functions in the commercialization effort to successfully bring products to market.

Mr. Rezvankhah is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, with over a decade of biomedical research at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and at Wyeth (current Pfizer) focusing on Drug Target Discovery in the areas of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Oxidative damage. Additionally, Mr. Rezvankhah has taught corporate finance courses at FAU’s College of Business, as well as developed and taught Molecular Biology technique courses at FAU’s College of Science, Department of Biology. While working at CHS Pharma (a Start-up company), as COO, he managed the licensing of company’s multiple technologies, negotiated with CROs, oversaw regulatory pathway development, and ultimately sublicensed parts of company’s patented technologies. While working at Somahlution, as Managing Director of Asia, he has overseen launch of company’s newly approved first-in-class medical device in the territory he was responsible for, by establishing new international distribution channels in Asia and Middle East. As such he selected distributors in various countries, negotiated contracts, assisted in registration of product with local regulatory health agencies and supported local distributor sales efforts to Cardiac surgeons during in-person visits. In summary, he has been intimately involved in various stages of drug discovery, pre-clinical and clinical development of drug candidate, intellectual property protection, manufacturing, regulatory approval, product launch, and marketing.

Dr. Kim holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami, and a law degree from Suffolk University. He has worked in the intellectual property field for more than 25 years, over which time he served as a technology transfer officer, a patent attorney for large law firms, and in-house counsel for emerging and public biotechnology companies. He has extensive experience in procuring domestic and foreign patents and trademarks, strategic patent portfolio development, intellectual property opinions and due diligence, patent litigation matters, licensing, material transfer agreements, collaborative research agreements, clinical trial agreements, and asset purchase and sales agreements. Dr Kim is also an author of various published legal articles as well as an inventor of several patents.

As a Co-Founder and the Chief Regulatory Officer of Dynamix Biotechnology, he is responsible for overseeing all regulatory affairs activities to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Campo has a deep understanding of the complex regulatory landscape of the biotechnology/pharma industry and works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regulatory strategies that support the Dynamix Biotechnology’s development of its DB-602 drug candidate. In his role, Campo collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, in support of regulatory processes that are required by FDA as well as EMA. Prior to joining Dynamix Biotechnology, Campo has Co-Founded MEC AIM. At his position at MEC AIM, he managed Quality and Regulatory Affairs. He brings over 20 years of experience in Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D and has worked with Abbott, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific.
